Payment Policy

Payment for full mouth dental implants is divided into three instalments:

1. Booking Deposit - A $5,000 deposit to secure your surgery booking. This allows us to begin ordering implant components and planning out your implant placement and provisional tooth design.
2. Surgery Instalment - This instalment covers your first-stage surgical treatment including extractions, implants, abutments and provisional bridge, and is due 3 weeks prior to your surgery date.
3. Definitive Zirconia Bridge Instalment - This instalment covers the manufacture and fitting of your long-term zirconia bridge. Payment must be received before manufacture of the final bridge can begin.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your surgery, payment is refunded or transferred to a future date. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the surgery date, a $500 admin fee applies to cover planning to date. At treatment/lab costs incurred may also be payable.

You can apply for early access to your super fund or that of a family member if:

• you are a citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand
• you meet the criteria for compassionate release of superannuation
• you don’t have any other means of covering the cost, such as savings or ineligibility for a personal loan

Early release of superannuation can help some patients access necessary dental treatment, but it is important to carefully consider all available funding options first. In some cases, a dental loan or payment plan may be a more cost-effective alternative.

You may choose to self-fund your treatment plan and claim a partial amount back on private health insurance. Please contact your health insurer for rebate information.

Early access to superannuation on compassionate grounds is subject to strict eligibility criteria and approval by the ATO. During your consultation, we can discuss whether treatment may meet relevant requirements. To proceed with funding, you can apply directly to the ATO or we can connect you with a third-party provider such as Super Health Ensemble.
